Le Musée Picasso is housed in what was once a Hôtel Particulier: Hôtel Salé to be exact. It features a sizable collection of Picasso’s work from throughout his life, including some of his only landscape pieces. In addition to paintings, the museum showcases sculptures, pottery, and book illustrations that walk the visitor through the life and artistic phases of Picasso. In the summer, the hotel’s garden, which features additional sculptures and a tea room, is open as well.
