An Important Message to Our Students

To our dear students and friends:

We are writing to you to share some very sad news that our dear Director and Associate Dean, Danielle Guichard-Ashbrook, died last night, surrounded by her family.

Danielle was devoted to each and every one of you. Despite her serious illness, Danielle worked relentlessly at what she loved most - serving international students, and making a difference in their lives. She was an example to us all, and we will continue in her footsteps in our devotion to you all.

Please know that we are always here for you. You can contact any of us, in person, by phone or email. Our doors are open for you tomorrow and after to grieve, share, and celebrate Danielle. We will have a Book of Condolence available in the ISO reception for you to sign, if you wish, which will be sent to the Ashbrook family. Always remember how special you were to Danielle.

ISO Office Relocating to Bldg. E39-278

Dear International Students & ISO Partners,

On Tuesday, October 21st, the MIT International Students Office will be relocating to the second floor of Building E39 (55 Hayward Street) in Kendall Square on the corner of Main and Hayward streets.

To accommodate our move, the ISO will be closed in the afternoon on Monday, October 22nd, on all day Tuesday, October 21st, and the morning of Wednesday, October 22nd. Please note the following special business hours and locations for the week of October 20-24, 2014:
