There is a new system for calling in a problem to the
DEAS computer support group. The system is a "trouble ticket"
system initiated either by electronic mail or telephone.
- Send e-mail to
help@deas.harvard.edu.
Your problem will be entered into the system
and you will receive an automated response.
- If you can't email please call 495-9050.
- December 3, 2001 In either case, include
your building name, room number and phone number in the report.
- When your problem report is in the system you can view it and all
others as well as status reports at:

- When your problem has been resolved it will be so marked on the web
page and a message will be sent to you.
