On January 24 I saw a java applet that would _always_ trigger the bug. Unfortunately, I was not able to get a copy of the applet. But below you can see screenshots of IE as I scroll the animated java ad closer and closer to the top of the window. (It won't actually draw itself outside of the IE window, but it will draw itself on top of the toolbar/button area.)
