How the heck do these changes in organization play out in better, faster products, especially when the "technical expert" is supposed to be a team player, not a solitary guru? Could we do some talking about the conflict between the new organizational models and our individual roles as experts. Staffing levels? What type of turn over? Any changes to base salary levels to help change this trend? |

Working together [60 minutes] I keep thinking that we should be able to do some projects working together (long distance projects should be a match for long distance education, right?) Question is, what projects are there which more than one school would benefit from and we'd like to invest the time in planning how to pull that off. |
