I've been doing some historical research on Riden and all the records
here claim that Riden is the one and original capital of the Hegemony.

Now, I'm assuming that this is all just the result of the Red Hegemony
altering past records in order to assume the legitimacy of the Hegemony,
but I'd like a comparison based on Hippocrates' astronomical and/or
navigational records to make sure that this was originally the Tiras
system.  Could someone reassure me of this fact, so I can try to dig
beneath the surface of the Red Hegemony propaganda?

(Hipporates and Janzur do confirm that Riden is not Ridena and Ridena was the capital.)
