Figure 62A shows a similar arrangement in autostereogram form. By staring beyond the image until the two black dots on top of the figure are perceived as three dots the disparity cues provided become effective. In the top section then the three sets of three figures indicated by the arrows will protrude much more than the others due to the differential disparity information provided.
